Hi anon! Of course, more Rudy love is always a good thing.

Rudy is a special kind of person. He is full of dualities and I love it. He’s hyper masculine, and works within a hyper hyper masculine environment, and yet is also very effeminate and expresses those more feminine traits and interests very openly within that masculine environment. Without shame or worry about how anyone else feels about him. He is who he is and he lives by that as much as he possibly can.

I really don’t think anyone but Rudy could have played Rudy, I think if anyone else had tried he would have become a caricature. They’d either focus way too hard on his more spiritual side and forget that he’s a ‘warrior’ or they’d focus on his toughness and forget how gentle and calming he can be.

I haven’t done any research on him, so I’m just going by what I read in the books about him, but from the books I learned that he didn’t have a great childhood and he admits to being very insecure. Which, when I read that I clutched my chest in pain. Because Rudy should never be insecure, ever.

Rudy is very very special and you keep on having feelings about him anon, he worth the love.

(I would just like to add that I am basing all of this off of show and book Rudy, not “real life” Rudy, though I know his line is very very blurry. As I’ve said, I have not done much research into him so I cannot say for sure how relevant this is, but I will just say that I do not agree with some of his political views or some of the people he chooses to align himself with)
