Out of curiosity, I googled “potato salad cake” and the only thing that matched it was the site for the original video, that says it’s “German.” I have no idea if this is a big thing in Germany, it looks like something from the depths of 1950s cooking to me.

Beacuse of my darling baby Angharad, I have convinced two people to stop eating cows. They haven’t gone full vegetarian or vegan, but this big baby warmed their hearts enough to feel remorse for hurting them. His intelligence and love has really opened their eyes. It’s not a lot of people but it’s a start, and I’m really proud of the work we do together and the bond we share.

Ive lived on farms, im still gonna eat meat.
